Terms & Conditions

* Teams must consist of 3-6 students.

* Teams must bring their own transmitter/controller, recieiver, charger, and extra batteries. (VisualEdge is providing a free robotics kit to each school that participates during the 2011 competition.)

*Must have an adult mentor/teacher in attendance during the entire event.

*Each team member agrees to bring at least one non-perishable food item that is not expired.

*Teams are not allowed to leave the premises or face elimination from the contest.

*No outside food & drinks will be permitted. (Concessions will be provided.)

* Teams will need to inform us of any team member with food allergies upon registration.

*Any student who violates the rules will cause his/her entire team to forfeit participation in the rest of the competition.

* A $25 registration fee is required to attend the event.

*Teams will keep the completed robot & remainder of the robotics kit at the end of the competition.

*While all tools are provided by Indian Creek High School, teams will need to bring their own safety glasses.

Dec. 3rd - 8:00am : Engineers Receive Rules

Dec. 3rd - 2:00pm : Engineer vs Student Finals

Dec. 3rd - 4:00pm : Awards*

* 1st Place Alliance, 2nd Place Alliance, Creativity, Engineer's Choice, & Community Service trophies will be awarded.
